A plain grey green room in soft daylight, two tall windows onto bare trees and a cane chair against the wall

The studio

Three plain, calm rooms a short walk from Fairfield station.

We keep things simple: clean linen, kind hands, plain language and enough time. Nothing is rushed, the lights stay low, and every session ends with a few quiet minutes before you head back out.

Our approach

Plain rooms and enough time

There are three rooms. The treatment room has a heated table and soft daylight, the movement room holds eight mats and eight chairs, and the tea room is small and dim, for sitting quietly.

Fragrance free

Everything here is fragrance free unless you ask: the linen is washed without scent, the oil is plain and the tea is caffeine free. The lights are low and the music is quiet or off.

Plan your visit
Window light thrown across a warm wall
Sun and shadow across timber slats
A sheer linen curtain glowing above a timber floor
The weave of a linen curtain catching the light

Linen and light

Heavy cotton blankets, linen on the tables and soft daylight through tall windows. In the evening the lamps come on low, and the blinds come down.

Small promises

We start on time, finish on time and never hurry the end. We ask before we work on anything that hurts, and we always tell you plainly what something costs.

Through the year

The studio follows the seasons

In small ways: heavier blankets in winter, the garden doors open in summer, and a different tea for each season.

New round eucalyptus leaves in soft light
A gum tree leaning over a still river at sunrise, gold mist rising off the water
Two small lamps glowing on a heavy knitted blanket in a dark room
Mist drifting through tall eucalypts in a quiet forest

Come in, sit down and take as long as you need. The kettle is always on.

The rooms

Three rooms, each kept for one thing. Every one is step free, quiet and lit low.

A made treatment table beside a tall window in a timber lined room

The treatment room

A heated table, heavy blankets and soft daylight through a tall window. The door closes, the lamp goes low and the street noise fades.

Dark mats in a row on a timber floor, a cork block on each and a small lamp glowing at the end of the room

The movement room

Eight mats and eight chairs on a timber floor, with blocks and blankets along the wall. Plenty of room to move, and to rest.

A low timber table set with a tea tray between two floor cushions, sheer curtains drawn across the window

The tea room

A low table, floor cushions and a curtained window onto the garden. Small and dim, for sitting quietly after a session or during a ritual.
